You are a dedicated person with green fingers, a responsible & sociable fast-learner with lots of humor, relaxed, mature & competent.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Help run and maintain the Finca: work in the biological gardens, weeding, sowing, harvesting, processing of herbs & fruits in the herbolario, reception of guests,  attending in the garden café and cleaning rooms, painting, carpentry, horse training, etc.

You work together with the staff and they will teach you.

LANGUAGE: Fluency in Spanish & English.

Our local staff only speaks Spanish.

EXPERIENCE: All of the following experiences would be useful:

Health food gardening; Permaculture; Food- & Hotel service;

Handy work; Farming & Horse riding.

SCHEDULE: 8 hours per day; 2 days off per week.

AGE: Ideally 25+. Must fit her-/himself in and we must get along well.

PAYMENT: We will pay you the local salary for a farm-hand,  50 Bs. per day. We pay you at the end of the 4 week period.
