Are you in for an unforgettable experience?

    

COMMITMENT: minimum 6 weeks

We are looking for a dedicated person with green fingers, a responsible & sociable fast-learner with lots of humor, relaxed, mature & competent.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Help run and maintain the Finca: work in the biological gardens, weeding, sowing, harvesting, processing of herbs & fruits. When necessary: assistence with the reception of guests, cleaning and attending in the garden café.

 

LODGING:  It is up to you where to stay:

1: At la Víspera, where you will pay the special price for extended stay

with a discount of 60%. In a tent on the camping (16 bs. pnpp) or

in a room (50 – 75 bs. pnpp).  You can cook your own food in the equipped kitchens.

2: Or in the village. with cheaper lodging facilities.


LANGUAGE: Fluency in Spanish & English.

Our local staff only speaks Spanish.

EXPERIENCE: All of the following experiences would be useful:

Health food gardening; Permaculture; Food- & Hotel service;

Handy work; Farming & Horse riding.

SCHEDULE: 8 hours per day, 1,5 day off per week.

AGE: Ideally 25+. Must fit her-/himself in and we must get along well.

PAYMENT: The arrangement will be to pay you the local salary for a farm-hand,  50 Bs. per day. We keep 15% and at the end of the 6 weeks period we pay what we still owe you. Reason: the first 2 weeks is a training period, an investment of time & energy of our personel.
